How it works

Students achieve training in Customer Care with our support and their fantastic hard work and dedication.

Our tailor-made 10 week training program is overseen by a qualified assessor and gives our students access to a wide range of experiences including:

* Serving customers (including use of till)  

* Window dressing

* Handling stock                                                

* Pricing

* Trips to visit buyers in London                    

* Travel training

* Buddying Scheme                                        

* One-to-one tuition

* Actively taking part in decisions about shop layout and stock

What our trainees get out of it

Our trainees have gained a great deal from the program, including:

* Going on to gain paid employment

* Making friendships and connections

* Access to Guideposts local leisure and evening activities

* A certificate to show what they have achieved
