Guideposts outreach services provide support for people with mental health issues who can’t get to our Watford Hub called Henry Smith House.

The groups in Garston, Rickmansworth and Borehamwood meet weekly and have a wide range of activities which the members choose. These may include training sessions and speakers, but also include social and fun events. In addition there are outings, sports and opportunities for people to make friends and meet outside the groups.
Clients can go on mini-trips to the coast; historical sites and Christmas Markets. Clients can also feedback and be involved through the weekly Client Rep Meetings where they can raise issues, make suggestions or organise events. Staff are present at some of these meetings to feed back and try to make ideas happen.
