We encourage all of our staff to plan for the future and one way to do this is through the AEGON Pension. Guideposts will then contribute 6%of your salary to the pension if you contribute minimum of 3%. Staffing meeting the qualifying criteria for Automatic Enrolment will be enrolled into the scheme.

Annual Leave
Permanent staff are entitled to 23 days annual leave per year (pro rata for part time staff) rising by a day per year up to a maximum of 28 days per year. Bank holidays are in addition to this (pro rata).
