I joined Guideposts in August 2011 – having worked in Public Sector housing operations, training and development roles. I gained membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing and a strong grasp of how central & regional government works! Then I wanted a change of direction and so moved into Social Care. I arrived at Guideposts after 11 years in Physical disability and sensory impairment charites in senior manager roles.

Here at Guideposts, I take the operational lead for all aspects of Service Delivery, including lead for CQC compliance  and Health & Safety. I have a range of support outputs and specialise in change management and organisational & service development. Mine is a highly interesting and rewarding role!

I really enjoy problem solving with the teams and continuously improving how we develop and deliver services.  My core motivation at Guideposts is our work to help people’s voices be heard, so they have their say, be who they want to be – and in control of as much of their own lives as possible. Guideposts is an exciting place to work because of the variety of specialist support services we offer to different people through all stages of their life.
