Mobility Centre Manager We are currently looking for a Mobility Centre Manager to join our Mi-Life team, based in Didcot (Milton Park). As the Centre Manager you will be responsible for a friendly and courteous, solutions based support service for people living in Oxfordshire, ensuring high levels of customer service are delivered at all times whilst balancing operational targets. As the Mobility Centre Manager you will need to have a good understanding of our product range and be able to advise on the appropriate products, product specific training will be provided. Experience in a retail or similar environment would be an advantage. You will be working as part of a group of mobility centres with a view to developing a localised information, advice and guidance solution from the showroom on Milton Park, drawing on the skills and experience that Guideposts has gained over the last 45 years. Attendance at events and outreach work within the communities which we support will be required. You will have a passion for sales and a creative approach to driving this. You must be flexible with ad-hoc tasks within the sales environment, including ensuring that the range is well presented. We are looking for someone with: a caring and patient manner with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) You should be enthusiastic and positive Be computer literate with experience of using computer order processing systems Ability to organise own time and multi-task Proactive in your approach to new customers Clearly communicate with customers and fellow staff (who may beworking in other parts of the country).
