Introducing Henry Smith House on our 45th Birthday

To mark our 45th Birthday week we would like to share with you the story of Guideposts and our services. Henry Smith House was officially opened by Prunella Scales on 15th September 1992. Its focus has always been to support people mental health difficulties; offering person centered care and a range of activities that support their needs and desires in life. It exists to prevent people from reaching crisis and needing to go to hospital or depend on a higher level of statutory care.Read more
