Established over 40 years ago, Guideposts works to improve the quality of life for people who face complex challenges in society by helping them live well, more independently and be actively engaged in their communities.

We support children and young people with additional needs,  people with physical and learning disabilities, mental health issues, age-related conditions such as dementia, sensory impairment or mobility problems and all carers by offering tailored information and advice, friendship, leisure and therapeutic activities as well as skills development and training opportunities.

Here First

Whether you have been diagnosed with a long-term condition or are caring for someone else, we are HERE to listen, to help make sense of your situation and connect you to the support you need!
